I provide telehealth services for people living in Oregon and Washington. In-person sessions are available in my Portland office. Assessment services are primarily in-person.

I work with adults and adolescents (15 years or older).

Services

  • Psychological Assessment

Assessment to identify mental health disorders, determine neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, autism), and understand what contributed to daily challenges. Treatment and service recommendations provided. Service is appropriate if you have questions about yourself, your provider needs more information, or you want a second opinion.

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your needs and address ways you are currently struggling, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Some of the therapies I use are: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

  • Maternal and Child Therapy

In maternal-child therapy, sometimes called dyadic therapy, I focus on improving the maternal-child bond, increasing your response to your child, and identifying behaviors that cause you to become easily upset. Maternal-child therapy is appropriate for women with postpartum depression, anxiety, birth or NICU trauma, or a history of childhood trauma or interpersonal violence. Appropriate for infants through preschoolers.

  • Professional Services

Consult with other providers available. I provide workshops and trainings on perinatal mental health and diagnosis. Legal and expert consultation available.
